Spam Allstars free at Cocowalk

You’ve got two chances to see the Spam Allstars free this week.
The first chance is Thursday, Feb. 25, at Bal Harbour Shops.
The Afro-Cuban funk band will also play for free 8 to 10 p.m. Friday, Feb. 26, at Cocowalk.

Free sushi and drinks at Mr. Yum

Mr. Yum Asian Cuisine in Little Havana, 1945 SW Eighth St., is celebrating its first anniversary with a big party from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 27.
The party will feature free sushi and drinks from 7 to 9 p.m. and music from Locos Por Juana at 10 p.m.

Free concert by the Ying Quartet

The Ying Quartet will perform a free recital at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23 at the University of Miami’s Gusman Concert Hall in Coral Gables.
The quartet also will do a master class at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 24, at the Gusman Concert Hall. The class is free and open to the public.

Free Marlins FanFest Saturday

The Florida Marlins are hosting the annual free Marlins FanFest from noon to 6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, at Sun Life Stadium.
Tickets for the 2010 season’s games will be available for purchase beginning at noon. The day-long event also will feature:
