Homestead deadline is Monday

If you haven’t already, make sure you meet Monday’s deadline for filing for homestead exemption in Florida. Most homeowners can get a $50,000 exemption in the taxable value of their homes, and senior citizens, widows and veterans are eligible for additional exemptions.
