The Miami Lakes Back 2 School Bash kicks off on Saturday, Aug. 21, at Miami Lakes Picnic Park.
The annual event is free to the public and features free refreshments, giveaways, health screenings and activities for the kids.
It runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and is sponsored by Palmetto General Hospital and the Town of Miami Lakes.
Miami Lakes Picnic Park is located at 15152 NW 82nd Ave.
