The Miami Light Project will present a free screening of the documentary film La Fabri-k, directed by Lisandro Perez-Rey, at 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 21, at the Light Box at Goldman Warehouse, 404 NW 26 St., Miami. Fabri-K tells the story of a group of Cuban hip-hop musicians.
The screening will be followed by a Q&A with the director and with Yrak Saenz of the rap group Doble Filo. Following the Q&A, guests will get a sneak peak at Perez-Rey’s next film, Boomtown Fever.
