Back-to-school consignment sale

If you’ve got nice clothes your kids have outgrown and would like to find a deal on new clothes for this school year, check out the The Five Ladybugs Consignment Sale Back To School Event this weekend.

This is the first seasonal consignment event of its kind in Miami, the organizers say. The sale is 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 30, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, July 31, at 18400 NW 68th Ave., Miami.

If you have items to sell, price and tag the items at home, drop them off before the sale and collect earnings after the sale. If you want to sell your items, you need to register by Wednesday by e-mailing thefiveladybugs@yahoo.com or by www.facebook.com/fiveladybugs.

Unsold items and a portion of the process will be go Children Battling Cancer, Inc (www.childrenbattlingcancer.com) a foundation that raises awareness and supports children battling cancer and their families.
