Books and Books is having a New Year’s Day sale, with 25 percent off all inventory at the Coral Gables store from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, Jan. 1.

The deal excludes special orders, books on hold, newspapers and magazines.

The celebration will include free-flowing champagne and free parking.
