I think KFC learned its lesson after its last free chicken debacle — skip the coupons and just make it free. On Monday, Oct. 26, more than 5,000 KFCs will give U.S. customers a free piece of grilled chicken (one per customer). No word in the AP article about whether there’s a time frame for the giveaway — you may want to check KFC’s website or call the restaurant before you go.
