I myself am not a Miami-Dade resident, but my dad is, so will I still be able to bring the cats in? My dad refuses to do anything for the cats, so I can't really count on any help from him. Also, I won't be able to know if the cats ate or drank anything the night before, or if they have their vaccinations. Will I still be allowed to bring in the cats?
