Miami-Dade Animal Services provides free spaying and neutering for cats starting at 8 a.m. every Thursday at the shelter, 7401 NW 74th St.
The service is for Miami-Dade residents only. Cats must be in carriers and must be at least 2 months old. Those over 4 months must have proof of current rabies vaccine (which the county administers for $10).
There is a limit of four cats per household, and cats should not have any food or water after 9 p.m. the night before. Feral cats will be ear tipped.
The shelter also microchips pets for $10, no appointment necessary.

I am going to try and bring in several feral cats, hopefully on July 6th. I myself am not a Miami-Dade resident, but my dad is, so will I still be able to bring the cats in? My dad refuses to do anything for the cats, so I can’t really count on any help from him. Also, I won’t be able to know if the cats ate or drank anything the night before, or if they have their vaccinations. Will I still be allowed to bring in the cats?

I would call the county and ask, saying you are bringing the cats in for your father.
