Free advice from financial planners

Financial advisers will be in Miami giving free money advice Monday, Jan. 26, as part of the Your Money Bus Tour around the United States.

The tour is sponsored by the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors Consumer Education Foundation, TD AMERITRADE and Kiplinger’s Personal Finance. It began last September in Washinton, D.C.

Residents can ask questions of fee-only financial planners from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday at Youth Co-Op One Stop Center, 3525 NW Seventh St. , Miami.

Tuesday, the bus will be in Deerfield Beach 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Horizon Club, 1208 S. Military Trail.

No appointments are necessary. Residents who don’t have time to visit in person can ask questions and check out previous advice on the website, download podcasts and watch videos from previous stops.
